Did you catch The Grammy s? – I don t usually watch all the award shows but I felt the need to watch this one because I ve been loving so many of the artists performing and I wanted to see if anything came of the TSwift/Kanye drama…could Taylor be any more awesome?

I have so much respect for her, she s so classy and I m glad she won the big award and made a statement! Also, I want an Adele do-over and since when are there more performances than awards? And the Johnny Depp band…huh, what was that?

Three//Catching up on all the shows.

I m a failure at keeping up with all my shows right now. I still haven t watched The Bachelor from this week and I m two weeks behind on TGIT. I did finally watch Grey s last night and whoa…the emotional roller coaster started right away! I have zero plans this weekend (Hallelujah!) and I plan on spending a lot of time in bed watching TV. #noshame

Four//Favorite Workout.

I ve been making it to the gym more and more and have been loving this arm workout. It seems to perfectly target the areas I need to work on.

Five//Favorite Words.

A lot was going on this week so I m ending it feeling a little stressed and defeated…I like to think on these verses when I m feeling this way – I have it posted on my desk at work.
