Happy Friday! April is just flying by and I’m looking forward to another fun and eventful weekend! Here’s a few of my favorite things from this week:

Gilmore Girls! So excited about these photos from the Gilmore Girls production and the news that the Netflix release may be in December! Also, I had no idea the Gilmore Guys podcast was a thing…how did I not know about this!?

The Girl on The Train Trailer is Here! You’re welcome. I feel like I’m usually disappointed with the lead chosen for movies based on books that I loved but Emily Blunt is the perfect fit for this one!

Gorgeous Weather. We have had awesome weather lately. Sunny with a cool breeze, it’s perfect, I want to spend all my time outside. Usually it’s already brutally hot by this time of year but it’s been really nice this week. I hope this perfect weather lasts through our golf tournament next week!

I really need to implement these 3 Work Rules I Always Follow from Cupcakes and Cashmere, especially only checking emails three times a day. I think that could make my day so much more efficient!

After reading Bullet Journal 101 from Gretch Runs, I really want to start one. Setting it up seems like a lot of work but I think it would make my life so much more organized.

Recipes I want to try. I’ve been in a cooking slump lately. I’ve been eating out a lot or just making boring recipes: baked chicken or pork, potato in some form or rice and a veggie. Or some sort of pasta dish I can just throw together. I need some recipes to ignite my cooking fire again – I have to try one of these this week!

    I haven’t heard of the Girl on the Train. Will definitely have to check out the book.

    • Apparently the podcast is very popular! I’m going to have to start listening. The Girl on the Train is a great “Gone Girl” type of read!

  • I absolutely cannot wait for The Girls to be back! I cry literal tears whenever I read anything about the revival! I’m aware that is crazy!

    • I can’t wait either! I am actually dreading that it will end again though and will definitely cry so much after the four episodes.

    I am SO excited for Gilmore Girls too!! I’ve kept hearing about Gilmore Guys but keep forgetting to listen! Ugh, I’ll have to pencil it in so I don’t forget. And those chicken, alfredo, and mushroom roll ups look so amazing! Yummy!!

    • I’ve listened to a few so far…it’s okay but I went all the way back to the first episode and started listening and I think they were still figuring it out back then, I think it will get better! It’s worth a shot!
