It’s that wonderful day again! Happy Friday! Is it just me or did this week fly by? I can’t believe October is over after tomorrow! Which means it’s Thanksgiving in a day and Christmas in like a week. Or at least that is what it’s going to feel like to me. Are you ready for it?!

Here’s some of my favorite things from this flash of a week:

I finally heard what everyone is talking about and now I’m listening to this song on repeat.

It has me missing people that I don’t even know.

This post really hit home with me. I find myself constantly measuring my success and comparing it to where I thought I’d be in life by now…but life happens and we just have to trust in God’s timing.

I don’t know about you but my phone is a complete mess. These are things I don’t even think about doing to kill time when I’m waiting around for something but I’m going to start doing them and it’s going to make my life so much more organized.

Four//The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

I finished this book last night and boy was it good. I couldn’t put it down! I loved how I got to see the story from so many points of view and the characters’ backgrounds were so intriguing. Plus, I’m a sucker for any books set in London, there’s just something about them. For anyone who has read it, how much did you hate Anna? I just cannot relate to her. For anyone who hasn’t read it, I won’t give anything away but I highly recommend this book if your a fan of thrillers like me!

Five//Couples Halloween Costumes

 

We’re making a game time decision for Halloween this year. Jeff and I usually do a couple costume but we always procrastinate on getting our costumes ready. I’ve narrowed it down to Popeye & Olive, John Lennon & Yoko Ono, Johnny & June or if we completely run out of time: bank robbers. I have my top choice but it just depends on what I can scrounge up last minute!
